• Hours for privacy questions at Pupilquart Candles: Wed–Sun 11:00–19:00. Site reference this site, desk Unit 18.

Staff access is role-based at the studio; we do not publish customer photos without separate written permission.

• Requests and complaints: studio@this site or the Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA). We confirm receipt during posted hours.
• Written care notes follow every candle handoff here using honest lead times rather than same-day promises when the bench is full. We keep candle notes separate from unrelated service tracks.
• If you only need a quick candle check, say so during privacy with clear tickets so handoffs stay consistent. Established 2011, still owner-run.

Materials for privacy are quoted before candle labour begins and are answered in plain English during Wed–Sun 11:00–19:00. Ticket codes stay local to this Kuwait City bench.

Our candle desk explains privacy before tools leave the shelf and we keep Kuwait holiday closures noted on the door card. Bring reference photos when they help.
