Payment & Refund

Payments for Pupilquart Candles services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on pupilquart.lat.

• This payment page at Pupilquart Candles is scoped separately from our other service notes on this site.
• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from studio@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Kuwait norms.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact studio@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Kuwait City unless otherwise stated.

If you only need a quick candle check, say so during payment and we keep Kuwait holiday closures noted on the door card. Receipts are available on request Desk near Unit 18.

Materials for payment are quoted before candle labour begins with candle tools staged only after the brief is agreed. Ask for the candle lead if the queue splits.
